Reliable plastic bags with valves

Plastic packaging consists of three layers of LLDPE film. This makes it resistant to mechanical damage (especially tears). What is more, it can withstand temperatures of up to 85ºC. We test the strength of our plastic bags using a blowing test. At least 1% of each production batch is subjected to rigorous testing to eliminate the risk of leakage.

It is worth noting that plastic bags with valves – both those with the smallest capacity of 250 litres and even those with a capacity of 1,000 litres – are equipped with innovative security features. These include Tamper Evident caps, which protect the contents from external interference, thereby eliminating the risk of uncontrolled product leakage. Plastic bags with valves (for transporting pulp, sauces, concentrates, etc.) remain intact throughout their entire service life if used properly.
